AZ Plumber Match is a referral service for Phoenix-area homeowners. You tell us what's wrong, we try to match you with an independent local plumber, and you decide whether to hire them.

They may contact you and quote the job. You decide whether to hire them, and there's no obligation.
Who we are, and who we're not
We are a referral service, not a plumbing company. AZ Plumber Match is Not a Licensed Contractor, and we don't do, quote or warrant plumbing work.
The plumbers you may reach are independent businesses. They set their own prices, hours and terms and are responsible for their work.
Before you hire anyone
These checks apply to any plumber, however you found them. We don't set or see prices, and we can't vouch for anyone.
Check the license: get the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license number and look it up on the ROC website.
Get the scope in writing, including what could change the quote.
Ask about fees: is there a diagnostic or dispatch fee, and is it credited toward the job?
Ask about evening, weekend and holiday rates before anyone heads out.
Ask who pulls any permit, if the job needs one.
What we don't promise
We don't guarantee that a plumber will be available, how soon anyone will arrive, what a job will cost or the quality of the work. Those are between you and the plumber.

Questions about the referral model
Can I choose which plumber I hire?
Yes. If a plumber or partner contacts you, they give their own quote and terms. You can ask questions, compare or say no; nothing is booked until you agree with them directly.
Who sees the details I enter in the form?
If a participating plumber covers your area, your request goes to them so they can contact you. The privacy policy explains who receives it. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What if no plumber covers my area?
We can only pass a request on if a participating plumber covers your area. If none does, you may not hear back, and you can contact a plumber directly.
What will the plumber charge?
The plumber sets the price; we don't set or see it. Access, time of day, parts and what the diagnosis finds usually drive it. Compare the written scope, not just the total, using the checklist above.
