Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you use azplumbermatch.com. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the service is

AZ Plumber Match is a referral service. We try to match consumers with independent plumbing professionals and partner networks. We do not perform, arrange, supervise or warrant plumbing work, and we do not employ plumbers. Not a Licensed Contractor.

Any agreement for plumbing work is made directly between you and the plumber. If you hire one, the plumber sets the price, schedule and terms, and is responsible for the work. We are not a party to that agreement.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee that a plumber will be available, how quickly anyone will respond or arrive, the price of any work, or the quality, safety, legality or result of any work. We don't verify or vouch for any plumber's license, insurance coverage or qualifications. Check a contractor's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before you hire.

The site and the service are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and must give accurate information, including a phone number that belongs to you or that you are allowed to use.

Don't misuse the site: no false or prank requests, no automated scraping or submissions, no attempts to disrupt or break into the site, and no use that breaks the law.

In an emergency involving gas, fire or risk to anyone's safety, call 911 or your utility first. This site is not an emergency service.

Calls, texts and consent

If you submit a request and check the consent box, you agree to be contacted about your request as described in the consent text shown on the form. You can opt out at any time as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Information on the site

Content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your home. Links to other sites, such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, are for convenience; we don't control those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AZ Plumber Match is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed or not performed by any plumber, from any dealings between you and a plumber, or from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States law.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
